I use a coffee pour over every morning to make my coffee. Basically think of it as a manual drip coffee maker. It makes a rich (dare I say) better cup of coffee than any drip coffee machine. I choose to use a pour over to help slow down in the morning. It's a way of self-care for me. Being mindful during the process and treating it like a time of meditation getting me ready for the rest of the day.
It does have a slight learning curve with water/coffee ratios. The best advice I can give a new pour over owner is to watch YouTube videos on the brewing process. Once you play around with your ratios you'll get the hang of it quick.
